Who we are

Phirion operates phirion.com and the member app. This policy describes information we process when you visit the site, create an account, or contact us.

Information we collect

Account data (email, name, authentication records), usage data needed to run the service, and information you submit in forms. Exchange API keys are sealed and stored so Phirion can trade on your behalf; we do not use them for any other purpose.

Spam protection

Public forms use Cloudflare Turnstile (invisible). Turnstile processes technical signals such as IP address and browser characteristics to distinguish people from bots. It does not set advertising cookies. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum for how Cloudflare handles that processing.

Cookies

We use a necessary cookie to remember your cookie preferences (cc_phirion) and session cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics or advertising cookies load only after you opt in.

How we use information

We use your information to provide the product, send transactional email (verification, password reset, security notices), improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and contact
